One of the best kept secrets in Big Bear are the back roads, Heavenly Valley is next to them, giving you easier access to the city even during the busiest times of the seasons.

Some estates that are on acreage sit along the southern edge—on Switzerland, which is a private road not maintained by the city. Homeowners in Heavenly Valley have to maintain the road themselves or hire a company to do so if needed.
