Eagle Mountain Area Overview

Both the roads and the homes in Eagle Mountain seem to curve around the beautiful terrain set with large piles of boulders and sometimes steep slopes. The homes are large and recently built with modern amenities. There are many open areas where either the slopes or the boulders preclude building.

  • Large, modern homes
  • Beautiful setting of slopes and boulders
  • A bit hidden away behind the Castle Glen Hill
  • Underground utilities clear the views

Natural Surroundings

The neighborhood is surrounded by development but the terrain and boulders maintain the mountain forest atmosphere and provide homes for small animals and birds, as well as a setting for wildflowers in the spring and summer. Hidden somewhat on the leeward side of a hill, the area is protected from the winds that run across the lake during storms or breezy fall afternoons.
