Area Overview

The open spaces of North Shore East contains ranchettes and horse property. There are gorgeous views in all directions. The unpaved roads thread their way around the large lots.

Natural Surroundings

This area seems more like farmland than mountain forest, but the surrounding views bring the reminder of the setting. Gold Mountain and forest to the north, and the hilly treed landscape and Baldwin Lake to the east all complement the wide open spaces of North Shore East.

Jeffrey pine and juniper trees cover the sloping landscape to the north. Beautiful wet meadow habitat covers the area to the south, continuing into the open landscape of Baldwin Lake to the east.
