Natural Surroundings

The area is nicely treed with Jeffrey pines and has some open landscaping with wildflowers and other natives. The proximity to the forest gives ample opportunity for small wildlife to be nearby—grey squirrels, ground squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons and many varieties of birds—flickers, blue jays, robins, finches, sparrows and hawks.
