Real Estate in Heavenly Valley – HEAV

Heavenly Valley Area Overview

This upscale neighborhood primarily has large homes on larger than standard lots. Some estates on acreage sit along the southern edge—on Switzerland, which is a private road not maintained by the city. The area sits between the two ski resorts with easy access to both.

  • Upscale, modern homes
  • Clean, manicured landscaping
  • Easy access to forest trails for hiking and biking
  • Nearby access to both ski resorts
  • Open space feel from the larger lots, acreage and adjacent forest
  • Underground utilities (except on Switzerland)

Natural Surroundings

Many informal trails are easily accessible off of Cedar, the gravel road that runs just south of the area. The Heavenly Valley area is balanced with trees and open space. The trails and open space along the south make it easy to view wildlife and native plants, including wildflowers in the spring and early summer. During the day grey squirrels, ground squirrels, chipmunks and a large variety of mountain birds can be seen. At night, raccoons often make themselves at home on patios with bird feeders.
